1. Tell us in the instructions for designer box what you would like on your bag, the number of pets, and what you would like written as personalised text.
2. Upload photo(s) of your pet(s). Ideally a 3/4 side profile that shows the details of the pet's coat and features.
3. We will send you a proof of the design and proposed layout. We will work with you until you are happy with the proof.
4. Once the proof is approved we will send the completed digital portrait by email!
